Wearable Memorial Object — Ring (Limited Edition)

This ring is conceived as a wearable art and memorial object, based on an original portrait drawing of David Bowie (1947–2016). It is intended as an intimate, personal reference — not a traditional piece of jewellery, but an image that travels with the wearer.

The portrait is sealed beneath a glossy epoxy layer, which protects the image and allows it to subtly shift with light and movement, giving the surface a lively, changing presence.

On the inside of the ring, the text David Bowie (1947–2016) and the edition number are engraved. This inscription is deliberately fine and understated and may not always be immediately legible. It is intended as a private mark for the wearer.

Each ring is presented in a sober black personaliseren box and accompanied by a numbered and signed certificate of authenticity, along with a Bowie plectrum. The edition is strictly limited.
