General Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions before ordering one or more workshops and/or merchandise products and giclee prints. By paying for your order, you accept the terms and conditions of your purchase.

1. Processing time

The time I need to prepare your order is 1-3 days. I do my best to stay within this estimate but I cannot guarantee it. You can always contact me if you have not heard from me after three days.

2. Shipping time

Shipping of the video links and handouts for the online workshops occurs almost immediately after payment. The shipping of the merchandise products is subject to a minimum time of 2 (e.g. Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands) to maximum 12 days (Australia) from the time my product is shipped from (possible) stock. The shipping is done via PostNL. If the product is (not yet) in stock, a longer delivery time applies for the total. If this is not desired, please contact me to look for other possibilities.

Shipping of the precious and fragile giclee prints is via DHL express. Usually the shipment, even abroad, is processed within a few days and your product is automatically insured. Each shipment is provided with a Track&Trace, so you can easily follow where your package stays.

3. Payment options

For the payments of the online workshops and merchandise products, I use the payment system Mollie, PayPal and Stripe which keeps payment information secure. For further information you can visit the websites of these companies. Through Mollie you can choose to pay via iDeal or PayPal. If you want to pay via another method, please contact me via the contact form.

4. Grace period

If you want to cancel your order before you have received the video link and handout from me, you can. Please contact me via the contact form. There is a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days, provided you have not yet viewed the video link.

4. Return policy

It is not possible to return the ordered merchandise and giclee prints, provided that a clearly demonstrable damage has occurred. In that case, please contact me via the contact form below.
