Terms and Conditions
Read these general terms and conditions before ordering one or more workshops. By paying for your order you accept the terms and conditions of your purchase.
The time I need to prepare your order is 1-3 days. I do my very best to stay within this estimate, but I cannot guarantee it. You can always contact me if you haven't heard from me after three days.
For the payments I use the Mollie payment system, which keeps the payment details safe. If you want more information about this you can visit their site here. You can opt for an iDeal or PayPal payment. If you want to pay via another method, please contact me via the contact form.
Time for reflection
If you want to cancel your order before you have received the video link and handout from me, you can. Please contact me via the contact form. There is a legal reflection period of 14 days, provided you have not yet viewed the video link.
I respect the privacy of my customers and ensure that submitted personal data is treated confidentially. I use your data to process orders as quickly as possible and to tailor orders. For all other purposes I will only use your data with your explicit consent. I do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Personal Information Collected
In order to fulfill your order, you must provide certain information such as name, email address, telephone number, postal address, payment information and details of the product you are ordering. If you contact me directly, you can choose to provide additional personal information.
Reason for obtaining your personal information and using it.
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use and share your information, including:
As needed to provide the services of my website, such as fulfill your order, resolve disputes or provide customer support;
When necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchase if required by tax law;
And if necessary for my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as providing and improving services. I will use your personal information to provide the services you have requested and in the legitimate interest to improve my services.
Sharing personal information and disclosure
I only share your personal information for very limited reasons and in very specific circumstances, as follows;
Service providers. Certain trusted third parties are engaged to perform certain functions and provide services to my site, such as the Mollie payment system. Your personal information is shared with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Compliance with Laws. I may collect, use, store and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to; (a) respond to legal process or government requests; (b) enforce agreements, terms and policies; (c) Preventing, investigating and addressing fraud and other illegal activities, security or technical problems; (d) protect the rights, property and safety of my site's customers or others.
Retention of Personal Information
Transfer (s) of Personal Information Outside the EU
Your personal information may be stored and processed through third-party hosting services in the United States and other jurisdictions. As a result, your personal data may be transferred to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government supervision laws than the EU jurisdiction. If information about you is transferred outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer.
If you live in certain areas, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. These rights are:
You may have the right of access to receive a copy of the personal information held about you. You can do this by contacting me.
Change, limit, delete. You may also have the right to change, restrict or delete your personal information. If there are no exceptional circumstances (such as when I need to store data for legal reasons), I will generally delete your personal data upon request.
You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing communications from me after you have given your explicit consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless there are compelling and legitimate reasons to continue to use that information or if this is necessary for legal reasons.
If you live in the EU and would like to raise concerns about the use of your personal information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
